Refund policy

No refunds will be given on custom made soft furnishing orders. These are designed and fitted unique to your home.

Online rug orders - we accept returns within 10 days of receiving your item.

Once the rug is returned (at your own cost) and upon quality control we will issue you a refund.
Should you wish we can source you an alternative rug according to your measurements and colourways. 

Please note there is a 20% handling fee for refunds on orders over £2,000.
