Soft Furnishing Consultancy

This 1 hour consultancy home visit costs £75. This is redeemable against your order should you wish to proceed with confirming your custom made order.

Please note our at home consultancy visit is within a 20mile radius of Killyleagh, Co.Down, N.Ireland. Any postcodes beyond this will have a fuel surcharge per mile. 

In addition should you wish to view one of our unique vintage Turkish rugs in your home we can also bring a selection of designs and sizes to your soft furnishing consultation. Please advise at the time of booking if you would like us to bring our current collection to the appointment. The full library can be found on our website.

At home Rug Viewings

Viewing is available in your home within a 10mile radius of Killyleagh, with a fuel surcharge applying beyond this. Please note we carry a small selection of rugs with the full library in our Turkish studio which are all available on our website. Please ask if there is one in particular you would like to view and we can let you know if we have it available, if not we can send over detailed videos and images. There is a £50 fee for this consultation and to bring the current stock to your home. This is redeemable against your order should you wish to proceed.

Returns & Refunds

No refunds will be given on custom made orders within the soft furnishing sector of our business. These are designed and fitted unique to your home.

Online rug orders - we accept returns within 10 days of receiving your item. 
Once the rug is returned (at your own cost to our UK address) and upon quality control we will issue you a refund.

Should you wish we can source you an alternative rug according to your measurements and colourways.
